Before ordering a product or requesting service of any kind from Red Rooster Engineering, LLC please read the policies and procedures below to ensure you understand them fully. Placing an order or requesting a service of any kind from Red Rooster Engineering, LLC will be considered acceptance of the Terms and Conditions viewed below.

The majority of products offered by Red Rooster Engineering, LLC are sold for use in Off-Road vehicles only. The purchaser of any Red Rooster Engineering, LLC product or service is solely responsible for ensuring that they adhere to all local and/or state ordinances and laws. State and Federal laws prohibit removing or rendering inoperable any devise of design affecting vehicle emissions or safely in a vehicle used on public highways. If you have a warranty on your vehicle, installation of Red Rooster Engineering, LLC performance parts may void the warranty coverage. Red Rooster Engineering, LLC will not take responsibility for the loss of warranty coverage on any vehicle due to the installation of performance parts. (updated as of November 28, 2018)

All prices are subject to change without notice. Glitches in pricing or any other flaw in pricing may or may not be honored by Red Rooster Engineering, LLC at the time of order fulfillment. If pricing is not honored any funds collected will be refunded to the customer. (updated as of November 28, 2018)

Red Rooster Engineering, LLC does their best to inform their customers of up-coming Sale Events (i.e. "Black Friday Sale", "Summer Sale", etc.) up to one week prior to the event, if they so choose. A Sale Event will always have a start and end time and date. Only purchases made within this time frame are eligible for Sale Event pricing or specials. When a purchase is made outside of the Sale Event time frame, Red Rooster Engineering, LLC does not take responsibility nor have a priority for including sale prices on such purchases. All sales will be paid using credit card or PayPal unless other arrangements are made at Red Rooster Engineering, LLC’s management’s discretion. Advanced payment is required on all international or custom orders. (updated as of November 28, 2018)

After you make a purchase with Red ROOSTER Engineering, LLC you have the option of cancelling your order. Any cancelled order will be charged 6% of the sale price for the purpose of recuperating card transaction fees that are incurred upon sale and refund of the order. (updated as of November 28, 2018)

All shipments are shipped FOB Origin from Red Rooster Engineering, LLC’s distribution center. Damage claims for merchandise must be made with the carrier per the carrier’s terms. Red Rooster Engineering, LLC does not claim responsibility for any damage that occurs during shipment and cannot initiate any claims with the carrier. (updated as of November 28, 2018)

Red ROOSTER Engineering, LLC will ship to pre-selected countries determined by us/we ( Red Rooster Engineering, LLC). If shipping options do not display for you when entering your Shipping Address, then we do not ship to your country. If your address and country are available for shipping, then we will ship to your country, but you will be required to pay Customs Duties for imported goods. Red Rooster Engineering, LLC does not cover the cost of Customs Duties to any country and is not liable to do so. Prior to ordering from our website please inquire about your country's import taxes on goods. (updated as of August 4, 2019)

Custom orders will require a 50% to 100% deposit, set at the discretion of Red Rooster Engineering, LLC management. Custom-colored items do not require a deposit. Once a Special Order or Custom Color Order is placed, it can NOT be cancelled, and is NOT returnable or refundable. By ordering a Custom Color or Special Order you accept the customization is relevant to you and your personal preference and may not be shared by others or Red Roooster Engineering, LLC. Any customer that refuses a shipment for any reason will be charged a $30.00 refused shipment penalty, any and all shipping costs, as well as a restocking fee of 20% for the returned parts where applicable. (updated as of November 28, 2018)

All returns must be marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), issued to you by Red Rooster Engineering, LLC. All returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee if customer is covering the cost of shipping. If customer is forgoing the cost of shipping, then all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns are accepted on custom Order merchandise, electronic merchandise, discontinued items or specially priced items. No refunds can be made after 30 days of invoice date. Merchandise must be in new condition and in its original packaging when returned to be accepted. Merchandise must be returned to Red Rooster Engineering, LLC freight prepaid. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Returns will be credited to the customer after restocking fees and shipping charges have been collected. Please contact your Red Rooster Engineering, LLC Shipping Department for all returns. The RMA will be assigned by the Shipping Department and will be used to track and execute the return of the customer’s order. Any and all packages and/or products returned to Red Rooster Engineering, LLC must have an RMA number assigned to ensure quick and efficient processing of the return. All Red Rooster Engineering, LLC parts come with a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship or materials for the original purchaser for the production lifetime of the product. This warranty only applies to products that were designed and fabricated by Red Rooster Engineering, LLC and does not apply to those components that are sourced from a third party to be included as a single component of a parts kit. All claims must be submitted to tech@redroostereng.com. The customer must provide a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase to submit a claim. Any modification or misuse of Red Rooster Engineering, LLC’s products will void the warranty. Modification or misuse will be determined by Red Rooster Engineering, LLC’s management team and will fall under their discretion. Red Rooster Engineering takes no responsibility for any damage that may be caused by the installation of our products or the disassembly of our products. Shipping charges for products that are accepted under Red Rooster Engineering, LLC’s warranty terms will be covered by Red Rooster Engineering, LLC. Products that are not repairable will be replaced with a product of comparable value and function if possible. If a comparable product is not available, Red Rooster Engineering, LLC will arrange an alternative form of compensation for the customer at the discretion of Red Rooster Engineering, LLC’s management. This warranty does not cover wear parts such as bearings, urethane bushings, coatings, brake pads & rotors and other wear items to be determined by Red Rooster Engineering, LLC. The part(s) Red Rooster Engineering, LLC provides have been designed and are intended for off-highway application only, Federal and State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering of any device of design affecting vehicle emissions or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Installation of Red Rooster Engineering, LLC part(s) may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Except as otherwise specified set forth herein: (a:) Buyer acknowledges that they have not relied on any representation by us in making this contract: (b:) 15% restocking fee on all returns, which must be filed within 15 days after receipt of part. No return on custom order parts, electrical parts, or any opened / installed parts: (c:) credit card/PayPal acceptable payment. (updated as of November 28, 2018)

By purchasing from Red Rooster Engineering, LLC buyer/customer acknowledges and agrees that all dealings with Red Rooster Engineering, LLC shall be interpreted, construed, and governed according to the laws of the state of Georgia. All disputes here-under shall be brought in and adjudicated by the State Courts in and for Effingham County, Georgia and buyer/customer expressly consents to jurisdiction in that forum. * May make your vehicle louder and less comfortable to drive
* May damage your vehicle's existing / stock systems
* May require professional maintenance and upkeep
* May require frequent professional replacement and adjustment
* Likely void vehicle manufacturer's warranties
* Are not refundable under all circumstances
* Purchased and installed by the owner are at the vehicle owner's own risk.
